What is this website, in contractual terms?
This site is published by BetterAds Solutions LLC and operates as an independent publisher and advertiser. It is not a pest control company, holds no Tennessee Department of Agriculture pest control charter or pesticide license, employs nobody who applies product, and performs no treatments. Using the site means accepting these terms as reviewed on 8 September 2026.
Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work, and no contract for pest control services is formed with the operator of this site at any point. A contract, if one is formed at all, is formed between you and the independent pest control company you deal with.
No telephone number is published here and none is assigned to this site. Nothing on these pages should be read as a promise that anyone will contact you, attend a property, or do so within any period of time.
Who is responsible for the treatment that gets done?
The independent pest control company you engage is solely responsible for the work: its scope, its quality, the products used, the scheduling, the pricing and any warranty or termite bond. BetterAds Solutions LLC does not supervise, inspect, insure, guarantee or accept liability for that work.
This site vets nobody. No company is checked before a connection is made, no charter number is confirmed, no applicator certification is inspected and no insurance certificate is seen. That check is yours, and Tennessee publishes the route for it: TDA Consumer and Industry Services on 615-837-5148 or 800-628-2631, and the CoreOne portal lookup at tn.gov/agriculture. Before authorizing treatment, get the scope in writing, including the target pest, the product and its EPA registration number, the number of visits, and what any warranty or bond covers and costs to renew. Disputes about work performed, an invoice, damage caused during a job or a warranty that is not being honored are between you and that company, and Tennessee's regulator for charter holders is the Department of Agriculture rather than this publisher.
How should the cost figures on this site be treated?
Every figure published here is a third-party estimate drawn from a named public source, not a quote, not an offer, and not a price this site can set or honor. Actual cost depends on the pest, the size and construction of the property, whether a crawl space is in scope, and how many visits the plan contains.
Two of the sources used disagree about Chattanooga general pest pricing, and both are published rather than one being chosen. Where a figure is national rather than local, the page saying it says so.

The guidance on this site summarizes public sources, including University of Tennessee Extension publications and Tennessee pesticide law. It is general information for homeowners, not an inspection of your property, not a treatment recommendation, and not legal, medical or veterinary advice.
Identification from a photograph or a description has limits, and a page cannot see a crawl space. Where this site describes what a termite swarmer looks like or when a species tends to swarm, it is helping you ask a better question, not producing a finding about your house.
Nothing here describes any product or treatment as harmless or free of risk, because that is a regulated claim about a product this publisher does not choose, apply or control. The pesticide label is the governing document: it carries the precautions, the re-entry interval and the first aid instructions, and you are entitled to the product name and its EPA registration number before treatment so you can read it. For a medical emergency, call 911; for a suspected exposure, follow the label and use the poison center number printed on it, as noted on the contact page.
What are the limits of liability, and how do these terms change?
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetterAds Solutions LLC is not liable for losses arising from work performed by any pest control company, from reliance on published estimates, or from any interruption to this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
These terms may be updated. The date on this page and the last-updated stamp at the foot of every page show when the site last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms. If any provision here is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
